Spend over £60 and enjoy free express UK shipping.

If you choose free standard shipping it will take 3-5 business days.

Express shipping for £3.95 will take 1-2 business days.

Free express shipping (for purchases over £60) will take 1-2 business days.

Please ensure you order before 3pm to receive your order the next working day.

For Friday express orders, please also order before 3pm for Saturday delivery.

If you order after 3pm you can expect to receive your order on Tuesday.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return through our return portal

No. Return costs for postage will be at your discretion. 

Via our easy return portal, which will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

The return portal will ask you for a return reason. If the item is faulty please select this option and provide a picture as proof for a full refund.

The item you're returning must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging with the receipt for a full refund.

In the interest of hygiene, earrings are excluded from our refund policy. 

We are unable to offer refunds on personalised/engraved jewellery order(s). Please check all spelling and specifications before placing your order(s). We will not be held responsible for any mistakes not made on our behalf.

All our jewellery is waterproof, sweatproof and durable to sleep in.

The simplest way to clean silver is to buy a specialist cleaning solution or cloth. Just make sure they have been designed for cleaning silver. Silver cleaning cloths should be soft and infused with anti tarnish agents. 

Another option is to soak the jewellery for ten minutes in a bowl of lukewarm water with a few drops of washing-up liquid. Gently scrub the silver with a soft, clean brush. Rinse in clean, warm water. Leave to air dry.
