Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email towithin 2 hours of placing your order.

Returning your order

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging with the receipt. You are required to inspect goods purchased as soon as practicable after delivery and report any breakages or defects in goods via our returns portal in your orders page. A picture will be required as proof. Faulty goods can be returned at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return costs will be at your discretion.

Goods returned to which a credit card refund is due onto an AMEX credit card will be subject to a 2% AMEX returns fee.

Refunds

Upon receipt of returned goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@gemmsandco.com.

Exceptions to refunds

The right to return goods as referred to will not apply in the following circumstances: 

(a)in the event that the product has been used;

(b)to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.

(c)to any products that exceed the date in which returns must be made.

(d)in regards to earrings, in line with our Hygiene Policy.

Hygiene policy 

In the interest of hygiene, earrings are excluded from our refund policy. 

Under UK regulations, body jewellery is classified as “personal goods” and for health and hygiene reasons do not qualify for returns. This legislation is in place to protect customers and staff. 

Personalised/engraved jewellery

We are unable to offer refunds on personalised/engraved jewellery order(s). Please check all spelling and specifications before placing your order(s). We will not be held responsible for any mistakes not made on our behalf.
